There's three things in life Ella never imagined she'd do.

But those things immediately get crossed off her list when her caretakers decide to move from New York City to a small town in Nebraska with no explanation. Not to mention the creepy vibe all throughout the town.
But one day after a walk through the park, an old woman appears out of nowhere and tells Ella she is the chosen one. Ella has no idea what the woman is talking about, but after her unexpected visit Ella can't explain the supernatural things she sees.
On top of that she has to handle being the new kid in school and a group of mysterious teenagers that won't leave her alone definitely doesn't make it easier, especially when she develops feelings for one of them.
But she knows one thing, the town is keeping a huge secret and she'll do anything to find out what it is.
