When two lone survivors meet The Team, a strange group that claim to know where a cure is, they decide to pair up. They take on starvation, heartbreak, disagreements, and Mutants to bring back civilization to the way it was. After I suddenly died I possessed the body of what I thought was an extra within a novel. From then on my life was mostly calm, though not fulfilling. Until one day I discovered I wasn't just a background figure; instead I was an insignificant character who'd end up being the villainous Grand Duke's secretary, only to die shortly after being near him! But I had no choice, it was too late to change my fate, so I decided to live as obediently as possible under the orders of the sadist villain. But I still had a plan. Even before the female lead makes her appearance, I will try in every way to make the villain a little more normal, or at least ensure that the two do not meet, so that no one will face a harsh death, including me! And then, after the villain doesn't become obsessed with the female lead and becomes more normal, I will be able to resign and live peacefully. So I just cleared all the suspicions he might have about me in order to not incur his wrath and die like in the novel. * * * "I'll give you a choice." The corner of his lips raised crookedly. Though that smile did not reach his eyes at all. "One, don't resign and stay here forever..." His gaze was enough to unnerve me. "Two, let me kill those who dared to give you the idea of resigning...then don't go and stay here forever." No, haven't I already made sure that the villain has become a little more normal!? ...What the heck is going on!? He shouldn't be like this!

In a world divided into four groups, there is a role for everyone. Every group has their own realm found in each corner of the country they share. The top right corner has the largest population. There lives the people of the Mystery Realm (M.R.) They're the police force, detectives and prosecutors. They're the only realm which carries weapons of any kind. However, they don't kill. While they do value law and order, they don't like violence and tend to avoid it. The bottom left corner has the second largest population. The people there are born with unique powers. They're called the Supernatural Realm (S.R.) They tend to be optimistic and stubborn. They value relationships and would do anything to keep the people they love safe. The top left and bottom right corners are tied in regards to population, however, that is the only thing they share in common. These two realms couldn't be more different. In the top left corner is the society of the Technologically Enhanced Realm (T.E.R.) The people here develop technology the other realms could only dream of. They don't socialize with others and tend to keep to themselves. They understand complex equations and theories, however, they have a hard time understanding human emotion. Finally, in the bottom right corner lives the peaceful and happy people of the Primitive Harmony Realm (P.H.R.) The people here lead a simple life and believe in nature and its gifts. Because of that, they were blessed with healing abilities and elemental gifts. Additionally, the herbs they grow are just as magical as the people themselves. Their carefree and charismatic tendencies cause them to always believe the best in people, even when they shouldn't. For years everyone stuck to their roles and never tried to become anything else-until one day, everything changed...
