Van Gogh ate yellow paint to be happy. Yellow is a bright color is thought of happiness. Everyone thought and still thinks he's crazy for eating something so poisonous and toxic. But if you look at it through less judge-mental eyes, you'll see that everyone has their yellow paint. Their toxic, their poison, their attempts to be happy.
