Most teenagers only have to worry about school and drama. 

But what happens if you add being a ghoul to the mix?

Tanaka Kat only wanted a normal life, but obviously that's not what life wanted for her. 

Her parents captured, her siblings wanting to start a gang to get them back, and an insane CCG Doctor wreak havoc on her body and her brain. 

Not to mention the three ghouls after her heart. 

All she knows is that this is A Twisted World.

Kaneki can't shake off the feeling that this girl looks very familiar to him. He wants to know who this teenage girl is. Kaneki feels that he's obligated to communicate with this girl and protect her from danger. He's feeling as if he was an overprotective brother. What Kaneki doesn't know is that this girl is his younger sister from many years ago. Will the two reunite and be happy family? Or will they battle to the death?

It was a new kind of feeling, a new kind of sensation. As the day went on the sensation grew stronger and stronger. What would happen in the future? Would Ayato respond to her feelings for him?
