One fine day, Shinra asks for Izaya to come over to test out an experiment and then something went horribly wrong. Shinra made a HUGE mistake and now Izaya was a baby. What possibly could get any worse? Shizuo has to look after him! To make it worse than it already is, much to the blond's great dismay, Shinra and Celty beg him to take care of Izaya, and although he agrees for his friends' sake, Shizuo just knows that it was everything was going to end up in a great disaster. And who are these guys that are popping up and saying they're here to protect Izaya? They are totally crazy if they were going to do that! That is, until Shizuo himself realizes Izaya was an much different person as a child from the much hated informant that we all knew. Everyone sees a hidden side of Izaya Orihara that had never been seen before. However.....the past of the informant's will change everyone's life forever and they must do what they can to protect him at all costs from the rising threat that no one had ever seen.

In fact, he himself couldn't understand why he had never been afraid of the other. But lately there had been an inkling of emotion, perhaps a little unpleasant whenever Shizuo walked in the room. It was something that could resemble fear, he realized, but the word left Shizuo's lips before Izaya could dare to think it.
