There are thousands of stories on here. Some are amazing, while others are shameful.
In this journal I will be writing reviews about stories on here. If the story is truly amazing then I will praise it. If the story need work then I shall say what is wrong with it and how to improve upon it.
If you are offended by what I have to say about your work, well remember this, a real writer takes criticism with a smile.

The rambling of a writer
[Me, complaining and contradicting all and everything written in every fanfiction created.] No hate, Just me, rambling about different topics in Fanfiction writing. Why? Because we all start somewhere, am I right? The good, the bad, the rightout clichès and the straight up delulu stuff. Note that I probably did most -if not all- of these things myself when writing, so be prepared of your beautiful cringefest and maybe learn a thing or two about writing a plot/story. Side note: Writing is a creative process, so... no shame in making any mistakes! We all have to start from somewhere! Side side note: Most of the things I talk about come either from my personal opinion OR from the things I've learned over the years. I've been writing since age ten and even did a Minor in creative writing whilst studying for my degree. Last side side side note: The fun is to read these chapters and then visit a random story on wattpadd. I guarentee you, you'll either groan in annoyance ance you can see these things or you giggle at how predictable things will get once you know some writer mistakes. The better plot
I read a story and thought the plot wasn't that great. So I decided to make the changes I thought would make for better entertainment, despite having been told that I "cAn'T cRiTiCiZe OtHeR pEoPlE's WoRk If I wRiTe ToO", sweetie, once I threw away 12 chapters because the readers told me where I was heading would make for a shitty plot and I changed directions at the feedback. OR The one where Jeongyeon gets stabbed in the back but manages to get through it.Complete

All I'm saying is I'm no slouch. I'm not brilliant either. But I've got some experience around what can catch an agent, editor, or judge's eye, and I'd like to share that with the community. ☙ - In another lifetime, I used to work for HBO in Development and at ICM (the talent agency) in their writers' department which means I understand how professionals quickly gauge whether or not they'll take a closer look at a work and/or make an offer. This kind of insight can be helpful if you're planning to submit your work or even just want to stand out more here on Wattpad. ☙ - I used to provide critiques for three writers, all of them traditionally published.
