Daydreams (Underconstruction)

Jon's lips moved against Stacey's hair and she lifted her face to meet his eyes.

'' You are very, very special'' he said softly.

He touched her chin with his forefinger: she responded automatically, tilting her hand. His lips brushed hers. The touch was amazingly soft like velvet- a brief, tender gesture of affection. Then, hesitantly, he kissed her lips more firmly, testing, experimenting. He lifted his head. His smile was sweet and easy, and it said for both of them what did not need to be put into words. There was pleasure in the moment ; there was wonder on simply being together. Had Stacey wanted his embrace to end there, it would have. But neither of them wanted that.
