Charlotte Smith is just a normal 19 year old girl, who decided her dream was to conquer the worlds tattoo artists, but it might help if she conquers London first. She has had a lot of fun with tattoos almost covering every inch of her body, so she almost always sticks out in the crowd, so when she moves to London to pursue her career she catches a certain five boys eyes, but is oblivious to them.
