Molly Argyris is twenty years old and lives with her mother. She works at a cafe in downtown Calgary and her life goal is to find a life goal, because being well off means that she's not really sure she can work for anything.

Until she's working non-stop to stay alive, while being hunted down by more enemies than she can name. Fighting with her, people with a long history of death and violence - and her own ancestry raises too many questions to count, and a target that will forever hang over her head.

And honestly, her cat is a total asshole about all this.
