Kumi Ishiharu is a knight sworn to protect the young Lady Maemi, who is a sole ruler of a powerful Kingdom. Kumi is allowed into the 'Blue Rose Knights', a very high end guard for that are some of the only people able to be near the Lady. In the guard, he befriends Shiro Tagasuni, a gaurd his age. But one day, after accidentally walking in on the Lady as she was getting dressed, they discover something shocking. Lady Maemi is a young boy! After entrusting to the two the boy's deep secret, Kumi and Shiro begin to realize they are developing feelings for the boy.
