Stressful Sierra had to follow what Alec wanted. All Alec wanted was a boy - and that's what he got. The first child, named Spencer, went smooth. 

When Sierra got pregnant again, Alec wasn't too happy, but he still focused on getting another boy. 

It was a girl.

The girl, Monica, caused the couple so much stress, especially for Sierra. Sierra had to destroy the source of her pain, and that's exactly what she did.
