In the world that the chosen "heroes" live in, a storm is brewing. A storm that would take lives and wound many. The antagonist of the story, a demonic necromancer whom is possessing a prophetess, takes this to their advantage. Using the heroes' weaknesses against them, she picks them off howsoever she must. For if she wants to rule over the world, she must get rid of the world's chosen guardians.
On the other side, the heroes/guardians hear things that appeal to their senses, things that will lead to better life. Proposed the idea to be able to have a better life and saving lives, they find this idea promising, and meet together to go forth of their expedition, on which they will supposedly save the world. But as they experience the obstacles to bring them down through their mission, they start to doubt what really brought them together, and start to realize the truth behind every dream and death that there was... And start to wonder if there was ever any possibility to save the world to begin with.
-For those of you who like to know name pronunciations when reading... Kail is pronounced Kyle, a name my uncle picked out. Aislinn is pronounced Ash-linn or Aish/Ishe-lynn. Aaralynn is pronounced Air-uh-linn.-
**I don't write this with much ease or freedom for some parts because half of the characters are written in tribute to my friends, and I have to think of how they would work through things and how NOT to accidentally offend them. I never planned on telling my story. Truth is, I've spent most of my life holding it in, swallowing the pain, laughing off the shade, putting on a mask when deep down I was fighting battles no one could see. But the older I got, the more I realized silence can eat you alive. And if I don't tell it raw and unfiltered, then who will? This book isn't polished for perfection. The Underground has a wide variety to choose from. Just wanting something on which to unleash your murderous intentions? The Underground won't bat an eye or bother with pesky questions. Lilith was a frequent item among the Underground. Once meant to be a contender for the throne of a small country in the human realm, she was disowned, sold in the Underground, traded, re-sold, and so-on for years until she is placed in a holding cell with a small beast child. She could only barely see his form in the dimly lit room made of stone, but she could see his green eyes glowing faintly like those of a cat looking towards a light. He spoke with a slight lisp, and his voice shook with fear when he finally began to respond to her questions. The pair form an unlikely bond that will change the course of both their lives in a way they never thought possible. Poems are a great help to depression. My cover is not be very appealing and my title seems boring. Poems are also not liked by people very much and is considered boring. I may not get many views. But in the end "Don't judge a book by it's cover" only wins. So I have bought you some sad poems, food related ones, poems related to the things I love, Love yourself, Romantic and many more. These are written by me and please don't post it anywhere without my permission. To explain you why I have added a pink heart with black background, it is because the poems tell a story of girl(me) to whom people think she is very cold, straight forward, rude and all those things but... in reality she is too soft for this harsh world. The pink heart represents the softness she is hiding inside using her black side so no one would misuse her. The angel in her still haven't faded after getting betrayed, lost, depressed, fake people, bully and many more. She doesn't wants to go through this again. The pink background in the upper half tell that she still have hopes in her life. I want the readers to know the deep meaning behind the Title themselves and I won't reveal it until the end of the book. Keep your guesses up and think what possibly could be the meaning of this unusual title. Thank you and enjoy the journey of this little girl warning: if you are expecting this to be a story then sorry it isn't a story but a collection of poems written by the "little girl" depending on her mood that time. Two people came in and killed the scientists but spared the children. While making an attempt to escape, I was caught by the remaining scientists and taken away. The screams of my friend echoing behind me as I tried to escape... Such a waste as I became strong and have long forgotten those memories. But side effects came with the experiments they played with. Chapter 2: The Real World- This boy loves doing missions. Especially the dangerous kind. His partner begs to differ. She is more of the "I'd like to live my own life thank you" kind of girl. She prefers to goof off instead of doing what matters most to the boy, please the Boss. Chapter 3: A Dreams Limits- Velly is concerned about her boyfriend. She isn't the one to always complain about her love life, and most of the time she doesn't have to... but ever since that one day Travis tried to assure her that she was more important to him than his job, he nearly decided to skip work a couple times. Velly try's to show that she doesn't mind, but her boyfriend trying so hard to prove her wrong and work all of the sudden becoming even more difficult than it intends to, sometimes that little feeling tugging inside her begins to seem to be making the most since. Even when it means seeing family that you thought you'd never see again. Chapter 4: A Dreamers Mistake- After finally meeting up with her twin sister again, Velly couldn't have been happier. Though, she knew she was going to have a LOT of explaining to do afterwards. Along that, Amber is actually developing something for Oliver. But she doesn't quite understand it.
