"Closer" he said as I stopped a few feet away from him our chests almost touching. I could feel the heat of his body radiating off him in waves drawing me in. I complied taking one more step towards him closing the small gap between us, his arms immediately wrapped around me pressing me up against his hard body. His hand reached up and wrapped around my braided hair tugging it back hard exposing my neck to him, i felt his hot breathe on my neck sending cold shivers down my spine. I whimpered in pain, It hurt how hard he was pulling my hair but there was nothing i could do about it.
"Are you afraid?" He said trailing his warm full lips up and down my neck.
"No" I whisper,
"Everyone fears me!"
"You won't hurt me" I tell him my voice shaking, i wasn't sure who he was anymore he had changed so much he wasn't the man i had fallen in love with.
"And whys that"
"Because you love me" I say as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. I don't know how to describe the pain that came next, i felt as his fangs bite into my neck breaking the skin beneath. He latched onto my neck draining the life out of me as my eyes became heavy and I took my last breath letting the darkness take over.

Forest eyes
I locked eyes with it. Its amber gaze pierced through me, like it could smell my fear. There was something ancient in that gaze, something that stirred an unsettling feeling deep in my gut, a sensation I couldn't quite shake. Its claws scraped against the earth, long and curved, leaving deep marks in the fresh dirt as it moved closer. I could hear its paws thud against the ground, massive and deliberate, each step sending another shock of terror through me. The silence that followed was unnerving, heavy in the air, but then a loud crack shattered the stillness. It came from the forest-close, too close. The beast whipped its head back to the forest, quickly turning his whole body around so I was behind him. The shock from him turning so fast made me stumble a few feet backwards. The ground beneath us seemed to shift as it suddenly lunged forward, its muscles rippling with terrifying power. With one mighty leap, it vaulted over the rotting wooden fence, clearing the barrier effortlessly. The impact of its landing shook the earth beneath my feet. I staggered again, trying to keep my balance as I watched the creature, now free, pause on the other side of the fence. It cocked its head backwards meeting my gaze one final time. Then, without another notice, it darted into the forest, disappearing into the darkness like a shadow swallowed by night. I stood there, my body still trembling, staring at the empty space where the creature had been. The night had swallowed it whole. And though the sounds of the forest returned, soft and distant, the terror of that moment lingered. Was it still out there? Watching? Waiting? My eyes darted back and forth in the forest, trying to see it still hung around. I didn't know, but I couldn't shake the feeling that this encounter, this creature, was only the beginning. I took a tentative step onto the light grey rug, imagining its softness being a comforting embrace beneath my feet. The dark, rich colors of the furniture deepen the room's dramatic ambiance, creating a sanctuary that feels both luxurious and intensely personal. I was honestly spellbound by everything. "This is for me?" I asked, somehow managing to find words through my surprise. The question felt foolish, yet I couldn't help but seek confirmation that this wasn't just a fleeting dream. "Of course, I couldn't have my guest sleep in a holding room, now could I?" He leaned into me from behind, his voice a low murmur that sent shivers down my spine, to whisper the last couple words into my ear, and I froze. His breath was warm against my skin, and I could feel his body heat against my back even though he wasn't touching me. The scent of men's axel spray and something wilder, something untamed, filled my senses, making my head spin. I turned my head slightly, wanting to look at him, but the movement brought my face even closer to his, and my gaze darted away from his beautiful golden eyes to look at his lips, imagining what it would feel like to close the distance and taste them for myself. They were perfectly sculpted, with a hint of a natural pout that seemed to beckon me closer. He suddenly pulled back with a dark smirk on his face, like he found something amusing in my inner turmoil. "Dinner will be ready around seven, don't be late," he said, walking back towards the door. "And you might want to go ahead and take a shower, you stink. I'll have someone bring you some clean clothes." He left, leaving me flustered and confused, a whirlwind of conflicting emotions swirling within me. He acted like nothing just happened, but I was aching in places I wasn't used to, with a strange mix of longing and frustration.
Verge of Insanity
My dream continued the one I'd been having for the past couple of nights. I ran, gasping for breath, through the familiar woods from a dark figure behind me. The faster I tried to run, the slower I seemed to go, until it was like I was running in place. I knew I needed to run. I was terrified of what the figure would do when he caught me. "Mara Leigh," a deep, smooth voice called. It was almost hypnotic. That was new. The figure had never spoke before now. I ran as fast as I could go, eyes searching the forest floor for a big stick or something that I could use to defend myself. "Mara Leigh!" the voice came again, this time more insistent. The forest slowly started to fade and I started to awake to someone shaking my shoulders. "Beau?" I mumbled, turning my head to the side. What's Beau doing in my room this time of night? Why is he shaking me? "Do not call me that name." My eyes flew open as I jumped at the voice from my dream. A face was right in front of mine, and just like the voice, it wasn't Beau. Before I could form a scream, a hand covered my mouth. I tried to bite it but I couldn't get my mouth to open. He's too strong. I started to use my whole body to try to get away, but he crawled on top of me, holding me down. I pulled the hidden knife out from under my pillow and slashed as hard as I could at him, but he just grabbed my wrist and squeezed it until the pain made me drop the knife. Then he grabbed both my hands in one of his and held them over my head. He held me down while I struggled. I grunted and moved and tried to kick and scream, but I only wore myself out. Exhausted, I stopped thrashing and let the tears flow freely down my cheeks. I didn't know what to do, so I just tried to prepare myself for whatever was coming.Complete

"You are sure you won't eat me." I mock again. "No promises," he winks. Should I be concerned? "I bet you would be delicious." Is this flirting, or is he actually thinking about eating me? The server brings over our order. Evander devours his food. It is concerning and impressive how fast he wolved it down, pun intended, I guess. "You know I've always been team Edward." My attempt at changing the subject from me being food. "The undead blood sucking demon?" "I assume you don't approve." My mocking tone gets under his skin, and I enjoy this more than I should. "Yes, why not? He gets to live forever, never gets cold, is super fast, and reads minds." "Mmf, not to quote Jacob, but I am alive. I have heat, primal instincts, and I prefer to live fully rather than live forever." Primal instincts, I wonder what all of that could entail. Why do I find that more attractive than scary? "The heat could help," I admit as I pull the jacket closer to my body. He smirks, but there's a flicker of something darker in his eyes. "So you'd rather cuddle with a corpse than burn with a beast?" His eyes narrowed into mere slits as his face grew dark and he seemed to loom darkly and threateningly over me. I shivered as I stepped back in both awe and fear. He suddenly scooped down and gripped my shoulders pulling closer to him while lifting me off the ground until i was almost the same height as him. 'I will rip everyone's throat with my bare hands before I let anyone touch you.' he hissed his eyes a deep shade of grey that they were almost black. What the hell? * * * All Santana wanted was to live an quiet life.
