The falling of the snow is peaceful, but the war the Quincy and Shinigami finished fighting was not. Toshiro's left emotionally broken while his fukutaicho Rangiku refuses to wake from her coma. Isane's dealing with a major loss to her division, and Bazz-B's figuring out what it means for the Shinigami and Quincy to live side by side with each other despite the differences the two sides have long held. Death meant ties were broken, but new times can be created, and lost ones found.

Note - Tite Kubo said all blood relations would be revealed by the time Bleach finished, and I had fun guessing the hidden family ties. The non-canon family ties are based off these guesses.

Disclaimer - This is for the FanFicFriday challenge and should hopefully end up having five to ten chapters. I hope to actually get all prompts done.

Soul Society was ripped apart by the war with the Quincy. The war ends up having a profound effect on the children on both sides. The solution the adults come up with to help ease tensions between the children is to form a Shinigami's Kids Society. Disclaimer - I don't own Bleach. This is both my NaNoWriMo project for 2014 as well as part of the Bleach Writing Divercity challenge. It is for l-20, which is to write over 100k for a multichapter or series over one NaNoWriMo and the month before/after. Special dedication for this series also goes to Lucanite who wrote Shinigami Kids Society as she and that work are a major inspirations for this piece. Story diverges from canon plot as of chapter 603. Finding Friendship has been in the plans for around four years. The story was always planned to be one of the AU routes I would take with Softly Snowing. Back then there were not nearly as many young characters in the series, but now there are more.

Kurosaki Ichigo: Wing Bind's Worst (and mostly feral) Headache by WhovianWhoudini

Kurosaki Ichigo is possibly one of the kindest, sweetest kids most would say they had ever met. A tad too lost in his own thoughts (when it's actually him seeing ghosts) and a bit too sensitive (when he's just a child and children have emotions), but otherwise a wonderful child. He is kind, sweet, protective, and oh so stubborn (just like his mother). He's willing to help anyone, spirit and human alike, with anything they need. That is how Masaki and Isshin raise all of their children. To always help when needed. So, it isn't that surprising when one stormy afternoon, 6 year old Ichigo comes home soaking wet, blood falling down his face, with a dragon. An honest to Soul King dragon, because apparently they exist? Instead of the talks and worries of Ichigo's first pet being a dog... or a cat... or maybe even a lizard, he has a dragon. Life now just became a bit of a worse headache... especially when Ichigo suddenly becomes a beacon for dragons. Wing Bind is in for a wonderful headache. -- Or, my (not)crossover between BURN THE WITCH and Bleach (since they're technically both still in the same universe). The reason why? Ichigo + Dragons = Best day of my life. I have a lot of things planned already and I am super, super, super excited because: DRAGONS. I love dragons. Dragons are great and so is Ichigo. SOME INFORMATION: Everything that happens in Bleach takes place in 2018-2020 instead of 2001-2003. Nothing changes (besides use of technology, etc.) and COVID does not exist (unless it brings me wonderful dragon content). Just wanted all the characters to be around at the same time. That's it.
