In the 17 years Samara Johnson has lived in this small town called Phoenix, nothing has been interesting. Or important for that matter. She's always been close with her parents &/or neighbors. But she wakes up to her best friend Pershang repeatedly texting her in all caps. Once she reads all of the texts, she starts realizing slowly they're all true. She can't find her parents...
