From Light to Darkness

Jewish girl Louisa Fitzgerald lives in World War II Nazi Europe. As you all know, if you were a Jew during this time, it wasn't good for you. One night where the Nazis in her home city of Berlin decide to abuse the Jews in town for now reason at all she, her little sister Elise, and her parents run away to Amsterdam in Holland. She also manages to saves a 7 year old orphan named Matilda aka 'Tilly' whom the Fitzgerald family adopts. She is safe for a few years until the Nazis occupy Amsterdam and all of Holland where she is forced by her parents to keep their Jewish heritage a secret to stay safe and hide some of their friends in their house, when the Gestapo finds out their secretly Jews, things go bad for Louisa for the next few months of her life.
