Evan (aka vanoss) is a gang leader. Lui calibre is his second in command. There is also Basicallyidowork (Marcel), Daithidenogla (David), Mini Ladd (Craig), I AM WILDCAT (Tyler), Terrorizer (Brian), Moo snuckle (Brock). They were all the good and bad guys if the city of Los santos. They are robbers and heros. They do missions for money they save people. 

The two were never to meet. But they soon met a Delirious that can kill over a thousand people.
