Not All Princesses Wear Dresses

"First thing: how can I make it up to you?" He asked. I thought for a moment.

"Get the kitchen staff to bring up my bacon and eggs with a cinnamon roll." I say.

"Isn't that a lot?" He asks. I glare at him in response. "Second thing. My name is Zachary. Prince is just a title."

"So is princess." I say simply.

"But the nickname suits you." He smiles. Is he.... Is he? No. Nope. "I'll get your breakfast princess, then we get to talk about our plans for the day." He doesn't give me a chance to respond.

Caroline is not your typical princess. She enjoys sleeping in and hanging out with her friends. At home she has the typical teenager attitude. When it comes to the press though, she's a sweet girl who would never do anything wrong. One guy is determined to show her, she doesn't need to hide her true self from the world. But that's easier said than done.

To make things easier, her country is being threatened with war. Now she must not only deal with the weakened political ties, but she needs to deal with internal affairs, friendships, and taking her final steps to becoming queen, all while finishing high school with top grades.
