Sydney has lived through heartbreak and torment her entire life. She lost her biological parents and has to live with her abusive step-parents. She had an older brother who always stood up for her, until he turned on her. She was bullied at home and was tormented on the streets. Her only relief is cutting and taking pills to ease away her pain. Her only escapes are music and her best friend. Sydney believes that music saved her life, especially the music from Bruno Mars.
One day, Sydney is so close to just giving up on everything when she has a run-in with the none other than her 'savior' Bruno Mars, the day after she tweeted her life-story video to him, telling him that he helped her through her pain.
Will Bruno give her the help and support she needs? Will he fall for her along they way?
