The Everlasting

"Tall must stand the smallest spark,
To end the world's coming apart.
Split the darkness down its core,
Have no fear for evermore.
The smallest flame will dance and sing,
And take away the evil things.
But by dawn's break on midsummer's day,
Flame shall die, well away.
Unless the spark completes the quest,
Of many days without much rest.
On blue moon the spark shall sing,
And save her flame,
From the darkest things.
Tall must stand the smallest spark,
Light the darkness in her heart.
To save her flame from many things,
The spark must stow away her dreams.
Sacrifices will be made,
Yet spark and flame must be saved."
