Elona and Remedy are friends—sisters. In fact, they are identical twins. Life in their little English town is fine: they go to school together, have classes together, hang with the same crowds, go to the same parties… They could easily pretend to be each other and nobody would notice. But they are not the same. Elona is more book-loving, less spontaneous—she likes to alphabetise her shelves, organise her clothes by seasons and colours. Remedy is the artsy one, the twin who makes the funny jokes people laugh at—her bedroom looks like a painter’s studio, there are red, yellow, green and blue spots on the floor. High school is such fun! Friends are friendly, enemies are envious, boys are cute. Everything is perfect. Uh-oh. Liars are lying, cheaters are cheating, backstabbers are backstabbing, admirers are admiring… But then there is a not-so-happy note: “Elli and Remmi, best friends forever! I know EVERYTHING about you! Who am I? Shh! xo, Quiet Boy”. Don’t tell, though. That’s our secret—twins for life, remember?

"Cool, lets go!" we jumped off his bed and ran towards his stairway, where he sat on his railing. "What are you doing?" I asked the crazy person. "Being cool," He jested just before he began to slide down his railing like a little kid. I just imagined him with a pair of shades covering his sea blue eyes, and pointing two finger shaped guns my way. Once he got to the bottom he jumped off to the side. "Your turn" He chirped to me. "Um..no I don't think so," "Come on! Don't be such a Debbie downer. I promise I will catch you," "This does not look safe" I pondered, moving slightly toward the railing. "It isn't," I widened my eyes. "Just do it, you will love it trust me," "Ugh, I think your crazy is rubbing off on me," I defeatedly stated. "Then you should be thanking me," That stupid smirk was back, and prominate through his handsome features. "And why is that," I asked quizzically. "Because crazy people live longer. Your welcome," I laughed harder than I should have to this before putting my butt on top of the railing and sliding down.
