The echo of a gunshot resonated throughout the room. Instead of screams, there was just quiet.
Silence. Total silence.
A man trembled in his spot, his expression pleading for mercy, because he knew what was going to happen to him.
Brian turned around, pain flashing across his face. "Please Lisa, don't do this. There is another way. We can get vengeance another way."
A figure turned around, cloaked in red from head to toe, blood dripping from her eyebrow and lip. A sinister smile was on her face, and her eyes burned with a fire that was indescribable. She twirled the gun around her finger, then cocked it and aimed it right at Brian.
"There might be, but this one's much more fun, isn't it?"

If it were possible, Grants eyes go even blanker, as if the life had just left his body. It's a few seconds before his body collapses to his knees and then laggingly onto his face. The creature's slender, skeletal fingers drip with his blood, in its hand, a fresh, still desperately beating heart. She faces a horrible time avoiding him, realizing that another guy, Brandon Zeleski, the opposite of her friends, is the one she's in love with. She's a loner at school, because her friends skip it and hang out by an auto store. But as the story unfolds, things only get worse for her. Her best friend is turning against her, and she's starting to recieve horrible nightmares that are connected with her life and the death of her dad. She starts believing that her nightmares give out answers to her dad's death and her future, and she starts to distrust people. And although this seems nearly impossible, and becomes a long journey, Heather is challenged by her school shrink to change and show her mom and little sister that she can turn into her old self again, that is, if she's willing to cooperate with getting help to change, in the blink of an eye.Complete

[COMPLETED] "Shoot," Joey mumbles, letting out a string of profanities under his breath. We turn around to find a group of men, all with guns, standing where we just came from, and they look pissed... probably because they were forced to run through this tunnel after us. I look around for a route of escape and thankfully I see a light, literally, at the end of the second tunnel. I let out a small, almost inaudible, gasp and nudge Joey. He looks at me and I subtly gesture with my head to the second tunnel. He glances at it and immediately we are on the same page. His jaw sets and he looks at the group.
