A dictator named Johannes T. Centre takes full control and power of Canada, in the year 2113. He'd change the armies, the rules, the borders and the hopes of innocent people. With the dictator believing his certain dream, to have full power and defense, and destroy the evil, he was the one to become the evil. With innocent citizens that are dainted, their minds become impair, and joins the armies, increasing power. In order for the dictator to fulfill his wish, he'd rid the disposable citizens, killing them on sight. Until then, a rebellion has formed. The battles between the rebels and the government continues.

Not all provinces in Canada turned corrupted. People in the intact provinces turned rebels, as they'd fight the government with weapons they created and stolen, along armor and heavy weaponry. In Vancouver BC, with cities shattered and degenerated, people sheltered underground with the rebellion military. The only ones that is permitted to open the hatch to the surface would be the military. The underground in Vancouver was so big, people started to create a city underground- as rumors would call it: "Underground Vancouver." Yet, there would be huge spaces within the city for hatches to be, so transportation planes and ships can exit the underground. Like an elevator, yet only the military is permitted.

A 19 year old male named Kai, settles in the underground shelter, as he works as a candidate in the rebellion military. He'd serve and fight the overcast government, and wish to live on the surface again. He'd attend classes and practices, at the camps and school buildings, in order to become a official rebel and soldier. He'd often go to an abandoned sword/gun range that was concealed, under a tennis court near the school. Yet he'd encounter someone that was already there.
