The Straw Hats land in Lvneel, where the Celestial Dragon St. Alphonse is trying to take over. The kingdom is already in tatters, due to the neglective king who still suffers from grief.
Twenty-five years ago, a marine commander is positioned in Lvneel to monitor the kingdom. Paths cross when he meets Cosette, the princess of the country. Yet, tragedy strikes, and Cosette is dead.
As Sanji's past is uncovered, the fate of him, his friends, and the country are in jeopardy. Will he come through victorious, or will fate bind him to its will?
