When they came they brought the inevitable darkness. They came like a silent storm in the night, beautiful yet destructive. It rained for days in the beginning but once it stopped the sky's were taken over with just pure darkness.Crime snuck around the corner claiming the innocent.

When the darkness came it just didn't bring destruction, it brought fear, death, pain, and the unknowing. It gave us power unimaginable. It created a new world where survival was brought into a new meaning. It was every man for themselves, what you thought were once your friends and your family were strangers. No one is to be trusted, not even yourself. I learned that the hard way. In this new world you fight to live, to breathe, to be free. There's no room for weakness, another lesson I learned.

At 17 I have done many things and seen many things that a 17 year-old should not. I, Teagan Wilhelm, am a murder, a thief, a liar, a protector, a figure of rebellion. I am not ashamed of what I have done, hell I would do it all again in a heart beat. I am part of the rebellion, they may have taken our world, but you beat your ass we are going to take this bitch back.
