Katharina hasn't had the easiest life, her and Balthazar have been in and out of adoptions centers since Katharina has been born, their parents died in a car crash taking Katharina home from the hospital, Balthazar was with their grandparents in the vehicle behind them. Katharina was in the car seat, the police and medical practitioners all say, if the car seat had been sat anyother way, it would've collapsed and squished Katharina.
