In a Government controlled country (Ireland) where when a girl or/ boy turn 16 are given a job and can never leave it once 17 they are matched with a husband or wife In which they are to have one child and teach them about the government. They get put to a AR ( area ) and are to do what the officials of the AR tell them to do.This has been going on for 50 years. Till a Girl McKenzie Vail is finding ways to prove that the people of the country can live how they want to live with out the Officials. But will she win or will the Officials.She is put to many test of love, trust, and intelligence.
