Learning to love

Growing up without a family is hard but you learn you build up a wall to keep others out, but what happen when everything you thought you knew is turned upside down and you are asked to give up more of yourself than you ever have? Possibly open yourself up to a whole world of heartache if you let yourself get in to deep. If you let that guard you've spent so long building down and start to give up the act to help someone you could learn to love if you get the chance?
