Ellie's P.O.V

I'm walking down the street listening to my rock and roll. Deepest Cut by Get Scared plays so I humm along. I don't go through depression or anything. I just love
rock. I see people pass by me and I try and ignore them ‚ but soon they start to run. I stop in my tracks and squint up ahead.
A woman lays there on the ground of her front porch. Her kids hung on their balconies with three words carved into each's chest.
Go.To.Sleep.
It sends a few chills up my spine. I then study the woman. She has a smile carved on her cheeks. Looks like a knives' cut. I wince and turn to casually walk away.
I hear footsteps behind me and my walk turns to a run. The footsteps go faster and faster when I'm yanked back. I fall but make sure whoever pulled me fell too. I elbowed hard and pushed them down with me. I quickly got up and continued running.
