Jeremy Gilbert just found out that it was impossible for the Gilbert's to have kids so not only was his sister Elena Adopted but so is he and if that was enough to deal with his long time girl friend left him for his best friend Tyler but as much as he want's to leave something is holding him to Mystic Falls and knowing Jeremy you better be sure he is going to find out what it is.

That is until about 35 years later when Andromeda was born. The Lightning thief and Sea of monsters pretty much stay the same with some minor tweaks. it's when we get to the Titans curse that the big changes happen in the timeline.
