18 year old Veronica May is alone. Her 18 year old -what a surprise- twin Vanessa ran away from home the day after her 17th birthday taking with her her little brother - Sam Apparently she was saving the ones whom she really loved from the wrath of her Mother. Her Father had mysteriously gone missing on the girls 17th birthday after buying them matching necklaces in the shape of butterfly wings. He never came back. Nessa gave up everything for her brother. But Ronni could not give up on her life, not that she had much of one anyway. But when Ronni receives her A-level grades (four amazing A*s) she realises she has nothing.
