"You had no right to do that," I snap, trying my best to out walk him. His chuckle was loud behind me and his hand griped on my forearm, stopping me. Something about his warmth gave me chills all over my body. Something I don't think I ever wanted in the first place. Especially from him and especially now. "Yes I did, and I still do." His hard grip around my arm loosened, and snaked up to lock his fingers through my hair. Oh Momma, what is happening? Being this close to him has been happening way too often for normal. Still, I couldn't break away from this close contact, I was frozen, shocked. "What makes you think that?" My question hit him with humor, and instead of fully responding, he leans his face closer to mine. The smirk on his face stayed once he noticed the affect he had on me. "Because," he whispers out pressing our bodies together. "I'm your Secret Santa," he licks his lips as if he's hungry, then continues, "I can give you anything I want to give you." His free arm wraps around my waist, and he lifts me up during the action before pressing our lips together. The main character is Kimberly. She's an accident prone person who wants nothing but to enjoy her winter. Her friends want the best for her after a terrible break up they witnessed. Every year they all hold the traditional Secret Santa. Somebody from the group believes that they are what Kimberly needs. This is about Kimberly and her crazy winter story about her not so Secret Santa.

"How many romance books do you read?" Devin asks me. I shrug. "I like them," I say. I keep browsing, running my fingers along the spines. "So, you like romance then?" he asks me. I nod. "What's your favorite part of a love story?" "I like the very first kiss, but I like the second one even more," I say. I bite my lip and look at him. Oh. My. God. What the hell am I doing? Am I flirting? I think that I'm actually flirting. With Devin. Devin, my best friend. I have officially lost my mind. I should probably stop. But I can't seem to. "Will you grab me that one?" I ask. I point above my head, my back's pressed against the bookcase. He locks his gaze on mine and reaches over me to grab the book I asked for. "Thanks." I don't move and neither does he. Riley and Devin have been best friends forever-since Kindergarten. It's Senior year of high school, now. And it's always been simple, Riley's got his back, he's got hers. But as life goes on Riley can't help but wonder if maybe he's not just her best friend, if she likes him as possibly something more. His rough hands pushed me firmly against the wall. He placed his hands on either sides of my head, I was cornered with nowhere to go. He pressed his big muscular body up against my tiny one. His hot minty breath fanned my face and my breath hitched. He leaned forward but stopped when our lips brushed. The urge to kiss him was too big but I have to constrain myself. He is a teacher for crying out loud. "You didn't do your homework," he sarcastically whispered against my lips. "I..I well." I stuttered not being able to make full sentences. "Do I make you nervous?" Mr. Matthews asked whilst pushing his body even closer to mine, which I didn't think was possible but apparently it was. I was now squeezed in between the wall and him. I gulped. "no, I just forgot. Besides I'm not the only one" I stated matter-of-factly. He grinned "I know, but I wanted to keep you behind. Want to know why?" he asked. I slowly nodded my head in a 'yes'. I felt him smirk against my lips. He pulled away slightly making my lips itch to touch his again. "Because you drive me crazy, I can't stop thinking about you" he murmured whilst placing tiny pecks from my cheek to my jawline. Each kiss leaving a tingly and hot sensation behind... I didn't know what to do, his arms were more than inviting and I really didn't need a lot of convincing but I was starting to get tired of this secret thing again. He runs up behind you, picking you up and spinning you around. You laugh and blush the whole time. He finally sets you down and kisses your forehead. Sounds perfect doesn't it? That's what Abby has... with her bestfriend. He is always making her laugh and is always smiling. He is that guy at school that everyone loves, including Abby. If you see one of them, the other is sure to be inches away. They have gone through a lot together and have been bestfriends since they were little. She's in love, he's in love, but they're both Clueless. *** "Morning, beautiful," he winked. When he said that I couldn't help but blush. His arm was still around my waist and my hands were on his bare chest. I could feel sparks running throughout my whole body. I loved waking up like this.
