    So I just wanted this story to post it here, erm, I was reading and I found this story and, er, when I read it, it almost made me cry, really I am a tear fell down me eyes, ok you'll think that this is boring- cause ik that Liam doesn't really need a heart transplant -and ik it its not true, but when you read this, it actually isn't boring.
