There was screaming and yelling. I knew this would end bad, but when I saw something shine in his hand I knew it was going to end a lot worse.
This is a story about a girl named Jay. She almost died and she has the scars to prove it. She had to move and switch schools. Jay doesn't trust anyone, not even her own family anymore.
Once she switches schools she knew people would ask and bully her about her always wearing a hat and scarf. But only a few people know the truth behind it.
