(( quick authors note right here; @ItsCxnnie was a huge inspiration to me for writing this, so I got a couple ideas from her! Please check out her Ruby and Sapphire highschool AU it's really cute!

Ruby and Sapphire are complete polar opposites. Sapphire is smart and does incredibly well with school, along with making friends. She's usually quiet and calm not getting upset over almost anything. But Ruby is loud, hardly making any friends and is sort of lacking in school.
It doesn't help that Ruby already has a crush on Sapphire and being around her just makes her want to be, louder and cooler. So what happens when the principle, Rose Quartz has Sapphire help Ruby with school work?

Rebecca is just a normal girl with a normal family. Yeah she can stand out in a crowd and yes she's kinda tall. She's a freak, okay? but you know what.. She makes the best out of every situation. Her friends are what get her through the day, they keep her sane. Without them she'd be in a mental hospital. She lives life day to day, most days she just sleeps in and goes to bed late. Though on a certain day going to sleep at 5 in the morning might not have been such a great idea. She wakes up to knocking on her front door, assuming her sister would get it, she ignores it. When the knocking continues she looks out her window to find five attractive boys. She quickly makes her self look some what cute then answers the door to find her five idols. Never in her entire life did she think she would meet them. She quickly befriends them and falls in love with one. Star Sapphire is the only sapphire of her kind. Her ranking is higher than an Agate! All star gems are second to the Diamonds. But each of them still had a Diamond they were made for. Star Sapphire was made for Pink Diamond. She was made on Homeworld and was always treated like a superior. She was very loyal to Pink Diamond and the other Diamonds. She had future vision that was 99% correct! She also had fire and ice powers. (Like Todoroki from BNHA) And her weapon was a bow. Like Opals. She knew about Rose Quartz but never questioned her. She always saw Rose doing her work when she came by, so she didn't question it. She didn't look into the future to find out about her Diamonds shattering. She never knew until.. One day, Sapphire was walking up to her Diamonds palanquin when she saw.. The Rose Quartz. She drew her rebel blade and... *POOF* Her gem was no longer there... there were pieces of her where she had dissipated her form. She stared at Rose in shock. She didn't really hate Rose but she dislikes her for now. She didn't REALLY agree with her Diamond but.. That doesn't mean she deserved to be shattered! Once the Diamonds directed there attack... and Star ran as fast as she could to one of the Kindergarden holes and hid. But someone didn't make it.... Her friend.. Star Ruby. Sapphire is just the average girl at school with a backstory she likes to keep secret. Life is routine for her until she meets Ruby. The popular baseball jock whom everyone loves. Ruby's life can get pretty exciting but nothing compares to the moment she met her Sapphire. But will Ruby's own secrets put them in danger? Btw I have my own unique take for how I'd see each of these characters in this story's universe. If you don't like it that's okay but I won't be changing my concept.
