Life couldn't seem to be any better for Matilda Wormwood and Jennifer Honey. Both of them have finally got what they've always longed for, a loving family. Everything seems to be perfect, but someone isn't very pleased with their happy ending. Now both of them must conquer their worst nightmare, and with Matilda discovering a new power she has, it makes it an even more magical journey. 

This fan-fiction is mostly based off of the movie but the book as well.

They left her to deal with their father wrath, to live their own lives far away. She now lives alone, in a dangerous and dirty neighbourhood, but she doesn't care, as long as she is far away from those she is suppose to call family. But when they all turn up for Christmas, hoping for happy times and warm hugs, she is instilled with fear and pure anger. Will she accept them, or will they stop trying?
