As she got older (Y/n) slowly developed feelings for him but never got the guts to tell him. As the years went by and they got older they slowly drifted apart, until (Y/n) saw him sitting on the steps leading up to his trailer, all bruised up. Obviously, she asked him if he needed help and it all changed from there. This is a mix between reality and 8 Mile! Thinking of re-writing this story or making a sequel but I'm not sure yet. Nikki however has other plans. All she really wants is to set the record straight once and for all... This story would take place constantly alternating between the year 2003 which is the current time it takes place, and the year 1989 where it had all began... TW: will contain sexual situations, including an attempted SA, strong language, drugs use, etc..

But sometimes you've gotta stop for a moment and ask how obsessive do you become before it's getting concerning? *** "No- here's my frustration. We're always distracting ourselves. With TV, music, news... endlessly, endlessly, until we can't even stomach our own silence, can't fathom creating our own thought, can't handle being alone with ourselves.
