Almost everyone in this world gets stuck in a rut. That rut can range from not getting hits in softball to being completely nuts with problems. My rut, was, and maybe still is, depression. Now, every once in a while you hear that word. Depression. It can be thrown out all willy nilly or kept hidden away as a secret that no one knows. With my story, depression was, and still is, a long, painful journey to being happy. This is my slow escape.
