So...What’s up? I don’t really know what to say...my therapist says writing my thoughts and feelings down will help me to deal with traumatic experiences. Psh. Whatever. I don’t know why she is making me do this. It’s stupid. I’m sure you’re wondering why I need to see a therapist. Well, let me start by saying its really dumb and I was not apart of some “traumatic experience.”
