Reanne Collins was dragged for a surprise by her best friend, Mikayla. And there stood the 'surprise' for her, Garret Griffin, the most handsome boy she'd ever seen, waving at her. He's finally back after a year of staying in London. Oh, also, he's Reanne's guy best friend since middle school and inevitably, she has developed feelings for him. Can her feelings complicate their friendship? Is there a possibility that Garret, too, would like Reanne more than a best friend? It's my first story here on wattpad, obviously. :) Anyway, I'd love to know what you think about this story-- gives me inspiration and assurance that I'm doing good! Hehe enjoy :)

The year is 1986 and Mallory ended her summer by moving to Los Angeles, California and she has made two new friends Joanna and Cameron. Joanna is always busy and has something to do. Cameron on the other hand is always free and needs something to do. Mallory and Cameron become especially close friends. School is around the corner as well. Read the story to find out what happens 😉 (This is still being edited and right now I'm just writing the first draft. There are many typos and mistakes that I will fix in the future.) Edit 10/11/2025: I just reposted this so I could look back on this. It's a fond memory of my childhood that I hold dearly. Though it's cringe, I look back at it and it mattered to my 6th grade self. I loved the 80s and this was my passion and my expression of creativity then. I can't judge myself for that :)
