After a strange accident occurs within Phoenix Falls Sarah Bellow, an experienced detective in a unit labeled "Special cases unit" is called to the scene to uncover the truth. Sarah arrives to the crime scene only to find out that there has been a collision and the two bodies, that should be somewhere nearby are nowhere to be found.
Sarah must now use her skills to uncover this case and the truth surrounding it.
