The Dark Phantom

A young man named Chris gets exposed by failed experiment from the Government and is given the ability to teleport. Eventually Chris's life is ruined by his families and girlfriends death. Torn with rage to hunt down the people that killed his loved ones. Soon he finds out he has more abilities that make him regret he ever was born.
