After defeating Wells for good, Barry reunites with Caitlin and Cisco, reforming team Flash.
His newfound relationship with a certain magnetic young female Metahuman is blooming and all looks right in the world for our Hero.
But a series of mysterious deaths keeps CCPD and it's forensic scientists at a loss.
A villain, plagued by demons and decisions made in his past isn't like anything they have encountered before.
Who is he, and why does he hate Barry Allen?
This story is a continuance from my previous story "Lost".
It can be read as a separate story, but for the introduction to my original character Wenn, and events that are linked in this story, I recommend reading that story first.
Contains a very graphic (read sex) chapter, chapter VII. Don't like, don't read.

Barry defeated zoom but he now had no one left in his life ... His parents were gone he was broke and so he used his superspeed to run back in time and he saved his mom ... Barry closed the singularity, but he's changed. He's lost, confused. He's not the light we knew. He doesn't know how to deal with the fame that is bestowed upon the Flash, nor does he think it is deserved. He has a hard time trusting people again and has pushed his friends and family away. He just goes through the routines of life, work, the things he knows and are comfortable. But when Captain Sigh throws a new Forensic assistant in the mix, Barry's world it thrown of it's axis. Yes, sounds awesome right? Well, it can be, but it also can't be. She's a metahuman. Yep, you heard right. She was struck with that lighting in the same night Barry Allen was. Then, after the nine months of being in the hospital, she woke up. Then she ran. Her emotions hit, and she temporarily slowed down time in order for her to make a five mile walk in under three minutes. Call it, un-super speed if you'd like. She was confused. She had no clue how that happened, but she had to find how. Now, she was extremely smart. She did research. Then she saw many reports on the news about this man called "The Streak". She thought it was... Odd. The whole concept of superheroes and super humans. It was to unreal and childish for her. She didn't like the title 'superhero'. Until one night, the masked man, whose name has been recently changed to "The Flash", showed up on one of her missions. But ever since then her life hasn't been close to the same. DISCLAIMER: I do not own the flash or any of the flash's characters. Barry Allen and Y/N Y/L/N met in high school, not knowing their deep connection. As they begin to reveal their pasts to one another, they realize just how much they have in common, including their feelings for one another. They set out together to fully uncover the truth of their parent's murder. However, it will take more information than they have. When things already seem to be confusing enough for Barry and Y/N, they get a visitor. Will this visitor give them the answers they need? Or will they only make things harder? This story takes place before the tv show actually begins. Everyone I've seen who writes flash fanfiction tends to start the book during the actual show, but I've always thought some of those need more backstory than they are given. So I decided the first book in my fanfiction series should fully explain Y/N and Barry's history with one another. I care a lot about grammar and my writing.
