Mind control was never something Matt had given much thought to, or at least, he couldn't remember thinking about mind control, but he couldn't remember anything now. 
Taken by a mysterious organization, wiped of his memory, and experiencing the sickening sensation of not being able to control his body, Matt is all alone and completely clueless. Running seems to be his only option, and even then, it's only a matter of time before they find him again, they control him again, and they force him to kill.
