After Carmen Summers graduates from the whiz kid school, CALI, she signs on as the youngest lawyer at a thriving law firm. There she meets Scott, a fellow attorney, and his younger brother Joe, a carefree private investigator. Seeing as they both went to the same school, they strike up a friendship right away. One night Joe is approached by a man with blood on his hands... the blood of a murder victim. The man only claims to Joe that he's innocent before he's arrested. Joe takes up an interest and investigates.
