The Solars

Asia Turval is a solar, a genetically bred human made to reduce the consumption of food and water. Named solars because of the invisible solar panels in the palms of their hands and in their tongue, they don't need to eat, drink, or sleep. They simply open their palms and mouth to the sun and 'recharge'. She has a passion for flying aircrafts, but knows she won't get anywhere being a solar. Adopted, Asia is tired of being a solar on her own, and sets of into the wild to possibly find a clan of her own.
