The setting is in the world of AOT but tells from the perspective of an outsider. Basically, there are other civilization's who survived for 100 yrs. This civilization lived on the ocean for 100yrs on interlocked ships and invented gliders/"wings" instead of 3DMG. The Reader/Most Awesome Person Ever is a Sky Scout and stumbles upon 3 GIGANTIC WALLS.
