Jim is a Junior at a Project Based Learning school where kids like him could experience education from a hands on, individualized setting. However, even with all of the amazing friends and experiences that laid before him, being a 17 year old was just a bit for him to take. His girlfriend Stephanie didn't make things any easier with her constant drama. Everything was just falling to pieces until one night, he opened his eyes to the dangers of an orderly life and the liberation of refusing to conform to "the way things are". It's another coming of age story of a teenager just trying to get through life, find love and survive high school.
