Rinedhep Sutthiphong Emilio is an ALS instructional manager who worked in the third district's elementary school. He was supposed to be ready and take his teaching licensure examination, however, it was unexpectedly canceled and moved to next year due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic.
