There's a new hero in town. Or rather villain? Yellow Fever is rampaging Ark City with his vigilante antics. Meanwhile, Valentina tries to unearth the truth about the super with the help of her best friend Fran, who has all access passes to the schools newspaper. Even though they are working together, Val and Fran might not be enough to get to the bottom of the Yellow Fever mystery. As things start to unfold, will Valentina find a date to the dance, and save the city of complete destruction from the mastermind she is convinced is the black and yellow bad boy wearing spandex?
